Mercure’s Flagship London Bridge project completes on time

The complete public area restructuring and refurbishment project of Mercure’s flagship hotel at London Bridge has been completed to an extremely tight timescale. The project team led by Warwick Avenue who acted as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, had only 8 weeks from inception to completion. The project had a drop dead completion date and required 24 hour working in the live hotel to enable the deadline to be hit. Works will now commence on the bedroom refurbishment across all floors of the hotel.

Warwick Avenue construction has been appointed to carry out the comprehensive extension, alteration and refurbishment of an Eaton Square Schools site in Victoria. Works comprise of extending the existing school into a new 2 storey building adjacent to the current listed property including extensive structural remodelling, a new staircase and refurbishment throughout. Chelsea High End Residential Project well under way

Warwick Avenue’s prestigious residential project in Chelsea is now well under way on site. Internal demolition and the demolition of the rear extension is now complete. The groundworks are commencing for the new build and structural modifications and a steel frame is now being installed through the building. The project is due to complete in August 2013.
