Contracting forms 70% of our turnover. We are very experienced in assuming the role of the traditional main contractor which is a straightforward extension to the management contracting role that we also regularly undertake.

We have a number of very experienced contracts managers, site managers and skilled tradesman who conform perfectly to the WA philosophy and with whom we are proud to have completed a large number of successful projects across a broad range of construction sectors.

Additionally and key to this role is Warwick Avenue's relationship with our key sub-contractors who we depend upon to join the team and give every effort to all of our projects.
