WAI New Build in SE3
A planning consent existed for a new build house to the garden of the Cottage. WAI substantially improved the original design; the level of the land was substantially excavated to reduce the 'basement' effect, and a bridged entrance and balconies were introduced.
WAI substantial rebuild of a cottage in SE3
With an investor, WAI purchased this property in March 2010, and immediately went about improving existing planning consents to substantially increase and replan the accomodation in this rather beautiful 1800s coach house. Financially this project returned 35% on cost for investors.
