Who we are

Warwick Avenue Limited was set up in 2000, and was the original WA Company. WAL remains the parent company for the Group, and is used for most professional services appointments.

WA Construction Management was established in 2004. All construction, turnkey and construction management services of the Group take place under the WACM umbrella.

Warwick Avenue Procurement Services was set up to benefit our clients, were we purchase FF&E goods directly from source, hence avoiding unnecessary mark-ups, and reducing project costs. Such is the extent of our hotel project activity, we are able to buy FF&E and operational equipment in bulk from a network of suppliers for a fraction of the cost of a new customer. WAPS now procures for many of the World’s largest hoteliers, and supports our turnkey projects through WACM in the UK and across the UAE. We aim to achieve minimal savings of 30% for our clients.

Following the success of Luxe Interior in Dubai, in 2008 the Directors set up WACL to provide contracting support to Luxe Interior. WACL employs experienced UK Construction Managers to bring experience and stability to the very unreliable construction market that is The Middle East. WACL continues to grow and become stronger month on month.

As a result of the combined effect of the weak property market and the low value of the GBP, a number of investors in the Middle East approached WA to partner with them to jointly develop several UK investment opportunities. Therefore in 2009, the Directors launched Warwick Avenue Investments.

Through our network of contacts, for example Architects who have designed projects that have not been executed, and a number of West End agents, we are locating many off market properties and sites. Working with experienced commercial surveyors, we have developed a unique joint venture approach, where along with investors we set targets for returns and then share the profits, thus ensuring complete focus on optimising returns for the investor and ourselves.

In 2007, the Directors launched Luxe Interior, a bespoke interior design company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Luxe quickly learned the ropes of operating in a new culture, and has established itself as one of the The Middle East's premier design businesses, completing a variety of high profile projects for many developers, hoteliers, retailers and private individuals including;

Aldar, Nakheel, MMI, Emirates Group, Leisurecorp, Al Tamimi Investments, Hilton Hotels, Warner Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels, Schlumberger, The Wave Muscat, TDIC, The Landmark Group, Nandos, CHI Developments to name but a few. Luxe now has branch offices in UAE, Oman and Bahrain.
